Program(s): Sli Precollege, Sli Undergrad
*Taught Online* This 8-week summer intensive course is the equivalent of three quarters of Elementary Japanese (10100-10300) in the regular academic year (30 weeks). Students will develop four skills—speaking writing, listening and reading. Students are expected to spend four to six hours outside of class every day for review and for preparation for the following day.
The course is intense so knowledge of 漢字 (kanji) is very helpful to finish this course successfully.
