Many of our courses will be taught remotely online so that you can still explore your intellectual interests, gain insight into college life, and be a part of our distinctive learning community. Admitted Undergraduate Students

Congratulations on your admittance to UChicago’s Summer Session programs! We are looking forward to having you on our campus this summer. As an admitted Summer Session student, you will have access to various services and resources at UChicago that we would like to make you aware of prior to Summer Session beginning. 

Becoming a UChicago Student: A Checklist

Within one week of the receiving your acceptance letter, you must go to the status page of your online Summer Session account and:

  • Submit the Reply to Offer of Admission form 

  • Pay your first $1,000 nonrefundable enrollment deposit

Complete and submit the required forms, including:

  • Academic, University, Community Standards, and Financial Policies Acknowledgment
  • Student Waiver of FERPA Rights
  • Media Release
  • If you have a 504 plan or IEP at your current school, or otherwise believe that you might need accommodations such as extra time for tests, contact Student Disability Services as soon as possible at disabilities@uchicago.edu or at (773) 702-6000. The review process can take a while, so don’t delay your request if you think you might need it.
