Madeline McLeester

PhD student in Anthropology

Madeline McLeester is a PhD student in Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where her research focuses on how late prehistoric communities in the Chicago region used and shaped the local environment. While at the University, she has taught in and coordinated the Calumet Quarter, an interdisciplinary, experiential program in Environmental Studies in the College, and has also served as a teaching assistant in Making the Natural World and as a teaching intern in the Social Sciences Core curriculum in the College.
